Terms of Service

Effective date: 24 September 2026
Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Webmiqo ("Webmiqo", "we", "us") for the use of the Webmiqo platform. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. The service

Webmiqo builds and hosts a website for your business. You describe what you do, we produce a website, and you manage it through simple fields. When you are ready and your subscription is active, you publish it and it becomes reachable on the internet.

Webmiqo also includes an agenda, in which you keep your appointments, your clients, your services and your working hours. If you switch them on, Webmiqo sends your clients e-mails about their appointments on your behalf. Webmiqo also includes an assistant that answers questions about your own agenda, clients, enquiries, services and plan, and that can move, cancel or book appointments and block time in your agenda. It can also send a message you ask for to one of your clients or to someone who sent you an enquiry. The assistant only proposes a change or a message; it is made or sent when you confirm it, and you remain responsible for what you confirm, including the content of messages you send.

Webmiqo is sold to businesses, for use in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession. It is not intended for consumers, and the consumer rights that apply to consumer contracts do not apply here.

One account represents one business. The platform can support more than one website per business; the current release exposes one.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Webmiqo. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, for everything done through it, and for making sure the email address on it stays current — we use it to send sign-in codes and service notices.

You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

3. Trial and paid subscription

Trial. You can try Webmiqo for fourteen days without giving payment details. The trial starts when your account registration is verified, and each account gets one trial. Building your website later does not restart the trial. You may choose a paid subscription at any time, including before you create your first website. Existing trials keep their agreed end date. The trial is for building and previewing privately. It includes a limited selection of templates, limited storage, and limits on how many services and products you can add. AI writing is limited to your first website draft. It does not include a custom domain or public publication.

Paid subscription. A paid subscription costs EUR 30 per month or EUR 360 per year, inclusive of VAT, and unlocks public publication, a custom domain, AI writing and the full feature set. It includes a monthly allowance of AI text tokens; additional tokens may be purchased where we offer them.

Webmiqo Premium. Webmiqo Premium costs EUR 85 per month or EUR 1,020 per year, inclusive of VAT. It includes everything in the paid subscription and adds the assistant (300 questions a month), a larger monthly allowance of AI text tokens, and higher limits for products, services and storage. A trial includes ten assistant questions so you can try it.

Changing plan. You can move between the paid subscription and Webmiqo Premium in your billing settings. The change takes effect straight away, and the difference for the rest of the current period is settled at once: charged when you move up, and credited against your next invoices when you move down.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We charge the payment method on file through Stripe.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund the remainder of a period you have already paid for, except where the law requires it or where we have failed to provide the service.

Price changes. We may change prices. We will give you at least thirty days' notice before a change applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

4. When a trial or subscription ends

If your trial ends, or your subscription ends or lapses:

Billing, account recovery, logout and account deletion stay available so that you can subscribe, export what you need, or close the account. Subscribing restores full access to your workspace.

We will tell you before we delete anything belonging to a closed workspace, and give you a reasonable opportunity to reactivate or retrieve it.

5. Your content

Everything you put into Webmiqo — text, images, files, your business information and the website that results — stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us the licence we need to run the service: to store, reproduce, adapt for display, and publish your content, for as long as you use Webmiqo and to the extent needed to provide it. That licence ends when your content is deleted.

You are responsible for your content. That means:

Webmiqo does not invent prices, reviews or credentials. Where our AI proposes content, it is marked as a proposal until you confirm it, and our publication checks are designed to stop unconfirmed claims from going live. Those checks help; they do not transfer responsibility. Section 8 of the Privacy Policy explains how AI-generated content is handled.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of Webmiqo, and everything you publish through it, is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. It sets out what may not be published, how to report content that breaches it, and what we do when we receive a report.

7. Custom domains

You may connect a domain you own. You remain the registrant and stay responsible for renewing it. Connecting a domain to Webmiqo does not change your email or any other service running on it. We will tell you exactly which records to set, and we cannot publish on a domain whose records do not resolve to us.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep Webmiqo available and working, and we deploy changes carefully. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may take the service down for maintenance. Where planned maintenance is likely to be noticeable, we will give notice.

Support runs by email at hello@webmiqo.com, during normal working days.

9. Changes to the service

Webmiqo is actively developed and will change. We will not remove a feature you depend on without notice. Where a change materially reduces what you get, we will tell you beforehand and, if you do not want to continue, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if payment fails and stays unresolved after we have asked you to fix it, or if we are legally required to.

Except where the breach is serious or we are legally obliged to act immediately, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a reasonable opportunity to put it right. If we remove content or suspend access, we will tell you why and how to challenge the decision.

You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and, if you wish, deleting your account. Deleting your account removes your workspace and its content; see the Privacy Policy for what survives deletion.

11. Data protection

Where we handle personal data on your behalf — the enquiries your visitors send you, and the personal data inside your website content — we act as your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement applies to that processing and forms part of these terms. Where we handle your own account data, we act as controller under the Privacy Policy.

12. Warranties and liability

Webmiqo is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, that generated content will be accurate, or that it will meet a specific requirement you have not agreed with us in writing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for all claims arising in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss.

We are not liable for the content you publish, for a domain you fail to renew, or for a third-party service you connect.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims brought by a third party arising from the content you publish through Webmiqo or from your breach of these terms.

14. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform this agreement.

15. Assignment

You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; your rights under it are unaffected.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you at least thirty days' notice by email or in the application. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use Webmiqo after that date means you accept the new terms.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Webmiqo is established, and the competent courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This is without prejudice to any mandatory rule of law that gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

18. Whole agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, are the whole agreement between us about Webmiqo. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
